Torpid Slivers #37

The following dance is for those who found the previous too difficult.

Step to left onto ball of left foot, step beside left foot onto right foot with knees bent slightly, step to right onto left foot with left knee bent in preparation for hop, hop on left foot, turning half to the left (180° counterclockwise) to face center of circle. Step to right onto ball of right foot, step beside right foot onto left foot with knees bent slightly, step to right onto right foot with right knee bent leftwards in preparation for hop, hop on right foot, turning half to the right (180° clockwise) to face away from center of circle. Hop sideways quickly enough to land to the left of self, rejoin hands and shimmy to right and counterclockwise around the circle on ball of left foot, step beside left foot onto right foot with kneecaps painfully rotated, repeat. Step to right and saunter counterclockwise around the circle onto ball of right foot, step beside right foot onto left foot
with knees bent semi-slightly, repeat. 7/8 3/4. Rejoin hands, but turn slowly (count 4 of bar 8) to end facing counterclockwise around the circle. Hop forward (large hop, please) toward the center of the circle on balls of feet. Raise joined knees shoulder-high. Summoning ankle-to-ball foothold, leave the hands up and simply rotate all unrotated hands until palms crossfondle once again. Repeat until song ends.
