…….Reading Great Literature in the bath

issue 1: Greg Bem

and, of this video, Greg Bem writes:

Today I decided to read Stephen Danos’s poem for your recent solicitation for poetry recorded in a shower. It was a great experience. The poem is called “Place No Likelier Home” and it’s the first poem in 2012’s Playhouse State. Why this poem recited in the poem of my home? Mostly because I just heard Stephen read in Seattle yesterday, but also because I just started reading Playhouse State when I saw your advertisement. Also, the poem features a shower in it, and that’s not just a coincidence, right?
